Refund & Return Policy

At Luisa Bruni by Kumar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the terms below.


1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Law)

  • Customers in the European Union (including Italy) have the right to cancel and return their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

  • To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (via email) before the withdrawal period expires.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Items such as intimate apparel, swimwear, and earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) must be provided.


3. Return Process

  2. We will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address (India).

  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Refunds cover the product cost only. Shipping fees, customs duties, or import taxes are non-refundable.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to India, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure safe return delivery.

  • In case of defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered items, we will cover the return cost.


6. Exchanges

  • Direct exchanges are not available.

  • If you need a different size or product, please return the original item and place a new order.


7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check with your bank or credit card provider.
